How to hack a windows xp password

AlloZz to all of you guys.First I need to say that I am just a normal guy who is fascinated about hacking-not cracking, there is a LARGE diference between them.I will give you one example of what I said.
Hackers believe that everything can be faster,cheaper,safer and easier.
Crackers on the other way are only tryin' to get rich by cracking bank accounts and and stealing your money.
Ok I finally believe that hackers find easy solutions to help you with ordinary life problems such as this:
Ok lets say you forgot your windows password and you dont wanna pay, or you cant afford to pay to fix this problem or you want to see whats in your brothers/sisters account on windows,
What can you do?
Ok here are a few solutions:You can destroy the computer or burn it.You can try to fix it by yourself but I found it hard on the first time I tried to fix it OR you can simply hack the shit out of it. :) :)
Here are a few steps and a few solutions:

1.When windows screen comes to the "welcome" screen and then asks you for a password you simply type ctrl+alt+delete not for ONE but TWO times then you setas username:Administrator and dont put any password hit ok and if it works you can change your account's password even if you are an administrator too.

2.Now when you have an other account which is a non-administrator account such as guest or limited user you can simply open cmd(go to start->execute->type cmd->then ok) a black window will open its the Command-Line-Promt in which you can send commands to the windows so if the black box its opened type NET USER then a list with the users should come up.If you find your account in that list type NET USER (your accounts name) *.
Lets suppose my account is called John I type:Net user John *.
If you have done this succesfully it will ask you for a password allthough when you type your password letters-numbers will not be shown.
